IT Technical Support Specialist
Advise our employees on technical matters; Installation, administration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers running Windows OS and Linux; Installation of professional studio equipment: cameras, lighting, and sound equipment; Resolve technical equipment issues and address technical matters related to OS, MS Office, email, network, etc.; Full Windows OS setup, including drivers, BIOS, and other related software; System monitoring to ensure continuous operation of our product.
- Advise our employees on technical matters.
- Installation, administration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers running Windows OS and Linux.
- Installation of professional studio equipment: cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Resolve technical equipment issues and address technical matters related to OS, MS Office, email, network, etc.
- Full Windows OS setup, including drivers, BIOS, and other related software.
- System monitoring to ensure continuous operation of our product.
- Previous experience in providing IT support services (required).
- Excellent customer service skills (required).
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level) (required).
- Good Windows OS skills - network troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and remote support, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, MS Office 365 (required).
- Networking knowledge (preferred).
- Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolving software application issues (required).
- Ability to present technological information in a simplified manner (required).
- Ability to work shifts, including night shifts (required).
