Requirements
  • Previous experience in providing IT support services (required).
  • Excellent customer service skills (required).

  • Networking knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolving software application issues (required).
  • Ability to present technological information in a simplified manner (required).
  • Ability to work shifts, including night shifts (required).
