Junior Content Writer
Playtech's PAM+ Product Team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Content Writer to join the Content Team for a 6-month fixed-term internship. The Content Team is responsible for ensuring that PAM+ products are clearly and effectively communicated to customers through a range of content formats, including release notes, product manuals, overviews, and how-to videos.
This role is perfect for someone who is genuinely curious about marketing and excited to grow at the intersection of communications and IT. The ideal candidate is a natural question-asker, enjoys digging deeper, connecting dots, and understanding how complex products work and how to communicate them clearly to different audiences. - Work closely with software analysts, developers, and product managers to translate new features into clear, user-friendly content that helps customers understand and adopt PAM+ products, with a primary focus on engagement tools such as leaderboards, missions, and prize drops.
- Create engaging, easy-to-follow how-to videos that primarily explain how to use the system and products.
- Review and update existing content (articles, videos, and more) to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with the Content Development Team Lead and three other expert writers to ensure all content meets high standards and is delivered on time.
- Contribute to Playtech Academy, the knowledge base, and explore creative ways to support and promote products through the platform.
- Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English (required).
- Passion for writing clear web content and marketing-style copy, ideally in a software or product environment (required).
- Eagerness to learn about new products and quickly understand how they benefit users (required).
- Capability to extract clear user benefits and identify key USPs (required).
- Comfortable asking questions to fully understand how things work (required).
- Enjoyment of creating how-to videos and translating written content into engaging visual formats (required).
- Ability to turn complex topics into simple and user-friendly content (required).
- Structured thinking and the ability to break down features step-by-step (required).
- Comfortable switching between writing, editing, and video creation tasks (required).
- Inclusion of some examples of relevant skills and achievements in your cover letter (nice-to-have).
- Experience producing content, such as product articles or how-to videos (preferred).
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and/or Jira (preferred).
- Experience using AI tools smartly and effectively for content development (preferred).
