Junior Trader
Description
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a motivated Junior Horse Racing Trader with excellent analytical and decision-making skills. This role involves handling pre-event trading for Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing, monitoring sports events, creating events and markets, analyzing data feeds, compiling markets and odds, setting betting limits, and monitoring client behavior to identify business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre-event trading for Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing
- Follow and monitor sports events.
- Create events and markets.
- Analyze data feeds.
- Compile markets and odds as necessary.
- Set betting limits and accept or decline bets.
- Monitor client behavior and identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Possess an upper-intermediate of English.
- Possess knowledge of or interest in Horse Racing and Greyhounds
- Understand the sports trading industry.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking.
- Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility.
- Can make effective decisions quickly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong computer literacy.
- Are available to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
- Having previous experience in a similar position.
