Korean-Speaking Game Presenter

We are looking for Korean speakers to join our international team as Game Presenters in Latvia. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment while gaining international experience.
Responsibilities
- Present live-streaming games in Korean language
- Follow company procedures and professional communication standards
- Work in a shift-based schedule
Requirements
- Korean speaker or minimum C2 level of Korean language skills (mandatory)
- English level B2 or higher (for training and internal communication)
- No disqualifying factors for travel and residency in Latvia
- For non-EU/EEA citizens (immigration requirement) candidates must meet one of the following:
- Education: Degree in Customer Service, Business administration, Hospitality, or a related field OR
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Customer Service or similar field
- For EU/EEA citizens there are no specific education or experience requirements
- Ability to work in shifting schedule (day and night shifts)
- Positive and team-oriented personality
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to detail
Benefits
- Competitive salary: 23.74 EUR/hour (gross) 165h per month (12h shifts), approximately 3000 EUR net per month (after tax)
- Bonus: 6000 EUR net for 6 month period that has been actually worked
