Project Manager
Description
Playtech‘s Game team is looking for a proactive and responsible Project Manager with willing to work in a dynamic and international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure
- Ensure delivery of Playtech products on-time and within scope
- Provide short term and long term delivery plans
- Define project priorities and coordinate daily activities with teams
- Manage communication flows and documentation via status reports, dashboards, and plans
- Present regular project updates covering milestones, risks, budgets, QA, and schedule
- Identify possible issues and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders
- Drive internal and external process improvement
- Guide the team in identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate
- Educate and mentor team members on best practices in project management
- Design and implement part of processes from scratch
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment
- Are familiar with both Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Waterfall practices
- Possess strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Communicate clearly and confidently across teams and stakeholders
- Bring strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
- Are fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Know your way around tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, Monday.com
- Are a true team player who thrives on collaborative progress
- Experience in game development
- Familiarity with cooperation, managing third-party vendors and integrations
