Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the delivery of Playtech products on-time and within scope. This role involves defining project priorities, coordinating daily activities, and managing communication flows through status reports, dashboards, and plans. The successful candidate will present regular updates on milestones, risks, budgets, QA, and schedules, while proactively identifying issues and communicating status to stakeholders. Additionally, the role focuses on driving internal and external process improvement, guiding the team in identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate, and educating and mentoring team members on best practices in project management. The role also includes designing and implementing part of processes from scratch.
- Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure delivery of Playtech products on-time and within scope.
- Provide short term and long term delivery plans.
- Define project priorities and coordinate daily activities with teams.
- Manage communication flows and documentation via status reports, dashboards, and plans.
- Present regular project updates covering milestones, risks, budgets, QA, and schedule.
- Identify possible issues and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Drive internal and external process improvement.
- Guide the team in identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate.
- Educate and mentor team members on best practices in project management.
- Design and implement part of processes from scratch.
- 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment (required).
- Familiarity with both Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Waterfall practices (required).
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities (required).
- Communicate clearly and confidently across teams and stakeholders (required).
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset (required).
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) (required).
- Know your way around tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, Monday.com (required).
- Experience in game development (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with cooperation, managing third-party vendors and integrations (nice-to-have).
