Ready to level up your career? Playtech Managed Services is looking for a multitasking Risk Management & Payments Specialist (Junior level) with great analytical skills. Your influential mission. You will handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits. Check transactions and generate different reports. Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery. Perform due diligence (CDD/EDD) investigation process to determine the source of funds. Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc. Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities. Investigate different fraud patterns.
Responsibilities
- Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
- Check transactions and generate different reports.
- Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
- Perform due diligence (CDD/EDD) investigation process to determine the source of funds.
- Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc.
- Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
- Investigate different fraud patterns.
Requirements
- Are fluent in English.
- Are available to work on 24/7 shifts.
- Have previous experience in the Finance field.
- Have knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
- Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Are a team player with a positive attitude.
- Having experience in a similar position.
