Create detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify the resources needed and develop a schedule to track progress. Ensure that every project has standardized entry and gatekeeping of project goals and requirements. Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Identify potential risks and create contingency plans. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards. maintain clear and constant communication with stakeholders regarding project status. Oversee the development, testing, implementation and documentation of the technical project to ensure it meets the project objectives. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Guide and support the project team to help them work effectively and meet project deadlines.

- Have previous experience working in a hands-on technical position.
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing technical projects.
- Bring an understanding of the development of distributed systems.
- Are familiar with project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum etc.
- Have an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, from tech members to executive.
- Take ownership of your own work.
- Bring leadership, problem-solving, organizational and negation skills.
- Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
