Technical Product Owner

Description

Playtech's IMS team is looking for a proactive Technical Product Owner with excellent communication skills, a systematic approach, and the confidence to take ownership. You will own the full product lifecycle for evolving IMS reporting tools, from ideation and strategy to launch and feedback from production. Maintain a clear, organized backlog; define, refine, and prioritize development items. Coordinate with project managers, developer team leads and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Take ownership of production issues, driving resolution and long-term improvements. Analyze software requirements and define development items based on business needs. Act as the primary contact for reporting tools, presenting product overviews and strategic direction to internal teams and client companies.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Bring at least two years of experience in a technical or product related role (Product Owner, Business/System Analyst).
  • Must have proven experience in software analysis or software development, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Possess hands-on experience in software product development, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
  • Are technically fluent and understand how reporting platforms, SQL, and REST APIs work.
  • Communicate clearly and organize own and others' work efficiently.
  • Speak and write English confidently; Estonian is an advantage.
