Account Manager
Relax Gaming is a leading B2B provider in the iGaming industry, delivering premium content and aggregation solutions to some of the world’s top operators. With 350+ employees across 11 offices in Europe, we’re now looking to grow our commercial team with a dedicated Account Manager! This role is for someone who thrives on building strong, lasting partnerships and who understands the dynamics of the iGaming industry. We are searching for a person with a strong track record of owning and driving commercial relationships at scale in the iGaming business. Regardless of seniority, you’ll be joining a team where initiative, reliability, and personal engagement matter.
- Managing Tier 2 and 3 operators
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
- Maintaining and growing revenues from customers’ portfolio
- Ensuring game positioning, working with customers on marketing promotions and other activities to maximize revenues
- Ensure favourable commercial conditions in all partnerships and relations
- Present up and coming game releases that are part of the Relax Roadmap
- Deliver excellence in promotional activities towards customers by working closely with our internal marketing team
- Be a trusted partner to the operators with open knowledge sharing and connections
- Represent both the Relax and Silver Bullet content commercially
- Keep operators up to date with the value proposition of the Relax Platform in terms of new features and partners added
- Represent Relax, our values, and expertise to all stakeholders in the business
- Deliver excellent service to our operators as the point of contact for operators and deliver on requests
- Work with promotions and incentives to promote and position Relax content in a premium position
- Service the operators and ensure quick turnaround of any requests
- At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial role within the iGaming industry
- A driven personality and strong desire to grow into a more senior position over time
- A structured and proactive approach to building client relationships
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and develop deep product and domain knowledge
- Solid understanding of the online casino sector and how content distribution works
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
