Account Operations Specialist
The Account Operations Specialist serves as the primary operational liaison between Account Managers and various internal departments such as Legal and Compliance. This role is responsible for managing internal tasks to ensure contract fulfilment and efficient project onboarding. The specialist oversees the end-to-end partner document signature process and monitors task statuses within project management tools to ensure adherence to service level agreements. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks and maintaining accurate records of partner contracts and legal agreements.
- Act as the primary operational liaison and intermediary between Account Managers and internal departments (Legal, compliance etc.).
- Manage and track internal tasks across concerned departments to ensure contract fulfillment and project onboarding.
- Own and organize the end-to-end partner document signature process, ensuring all contracts, and agreements are properly routed, signed.
- Monitor task statuses across project management tools to ensure internal teams meet SLA deadlines for partner requests.
- Assist in troubleshooting administrative or workflow bottlenecks that delay partner onboarding or contract execution.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records of all active partner contracts and legal agreements.
- Provide regular status updates to account Managers regarding the progress of their clients' operational tasks and legal workflows.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in operational support, account management, customer support roles in IT industry (required).
- Knowledge of fluent English is mandatory (required).
- Knowledge of the iGaming and gambling industry will be considered as an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), and Microsoft Office tools (required).
- Strong understanding of workflow coordination and cross-departmental documentation tracking (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities (required).
- Good time management and prioritization skills (required).
- Detail-oriented, confident and adaptive to fast paced environment (required).
