Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach within the iGaming and gambling sector. This position focuses on identifying new market opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and client management. The role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex industry regulations while collaborating across internal teams to align business strategies with product offerings.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the iGaming and gambling industry (platforms, casinos, betting solutions, and related products).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and business expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking conferences to expand the company’s presence and brand recognition worldwide.
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance with local and international gaming laws.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on business development progress and strategic plans.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (required).
- The ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze competitors, and navigate industry regulations and compliance requirements (required).
- Proven experience in developing partnerships, managing key accounts, and delivering excellent negotiation and deal-closing results (required).
- Practical experience using CRM software, business development tools, and project management applications (required).
- A highly motivated self-starter who works well independently, solves problems under pressure, and collaborates effectively in a team environment (required).
- Open and willing to travel frequently for business meetings, conferences, and global industry events (required).
- Fluent English is essential for this role (required).
- Ability to speak additional languages (nice-to-have).
- A deep understanding of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, and gambling products, along with an established network of contacts in the industry (nice-to-have).
