Head of Marketing
SoftConstruct is on the search for a new Head of Marketing to join their team. This role involves developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for iGaming, Web3, and other IT-related business verticals. The Head of Marketing will align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They will collaborate with executive leadership to refine positioning, market expansion, and digital transformation strategies. The role also includes establishing a strong and consistent brand identity, overseeing branding, messaging, and storytelling, and monitoring industry trends to optimize brand engagement. Additionally, the Head of Marketing will lead data-driven performance marketing campaigns, optimize paid and organic marketing strategies, and utilize analytics to track KPIs. They will also develop compelling content strategies, manage website optimization, and oversee influencer collaborations. The Head of Marketing will work closely with product development teams, design go-to-market strategies, and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies. Furthermore, they will develop relationships with media and industry influencers, lead PR campaigns, and represent the company at international events. The role involves building and leading a high-performing marketing team and allocating and managing the marketing budget efficiently, while implementing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.

- Develop compelling content strategies for Web3 and iGaming audiences.
- Manage website optimization, blog strategies, and community engagement on platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and partnerships to drive engagement.
- Work closely with product development teams to enhance user experience and brand positioning.
- Design go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
- Implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to boost customer retention.
- Develop relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Lead PR campaigns, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Represent the company at international events, conferences, and industry panels.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, and PR functions.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize impact.
- Implement a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance within the marketing department.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and event management (required).
- At least 4 years in leadership roles (required).
- Proven experience in iGaming, Web3, or tech-driven industries is necessary (required).
- Demonstrated success in leading international marketing campaigns (required).
- Expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, and performance analytics (required).
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 communities (required).
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms (required).
- Excellent storytelling, content marketing, and PR management skills (required).
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights (required).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities (required).
