KYC Risk Manager / VBET
This role centers on managing the daily verification lifecycle and KYC processes for gambling and betting accounts to ensure strict regulatory compliance and mitigate fraud. The position operates on a 5/2 schedule with a permanent evening shift from 18:00 to 02:00.
- Basic knowledge/understanding of the game / betting rules (incl. the terminology what is WL, TK, Regulated Market, API, NGR, GGR, etc.) (required)
- Verify client gambling accounts in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards. (required)
- Receive, review and validate client identification and supporting documents. (required)
- Apply appropriate account restrictions based on verification outcomes and risk assessments. (required)
- Reviews Customer Service queries regarding account closures, limit settings, and data corrections, etc. (required)
- Maintain accurate records of verification activities and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. (required)
- Working with verification tools: Sumsub, Legitimuz, Siginicat, True Narrative, MitID, Bluem, etc. (required)
- Review and execute the inquiries/tasks assigned. (required)
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code. (required)
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle sensitive information securely. (required)
- Ability to identify and assess triggers that may lead to material risk exposure. (required)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. (required)
- Familiarity with industry regulations, anti-fraud measures and compliance requirements. (required)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. (required)
