Product Manager (Payments & KYC)
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Product Manager to lead the evolution and optimisation of two of the most critical pillars of our platform: Payments and KYC/Fraud Prevention. This role will be responsible for ensuring a fast, frictionless, and secure onboarding experience for players, while maximising payment conversion, operational stability, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance within the Brazilian iGaming market.
- Monitor and optimise deposit and fast-withdrawal success rates, reducing abandonment and ensuring maximum liquidity through PIX operations.
- Design and improve registration and document verification flows, including CPF validation, biometric verification, and fraud prevention mechanisms, ensuring a frictionless experience for legitimate users.
- Lead relationships with payment gateways and identity verification providers (such as Legitimuz), ensuring SDK stability, clean logs, operational reliability, and bug resolution.
- Ensure all payment and KYC flows are fully aligned with Brazilian iGaming regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Define priorities, product improvements, and optimisation opportunities based on data analysis, operational needs, and business impact.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, CRM, Customer Support, and Operations teams to deliver scalable and secure product solutions.
- Track operational issues, payment performance, fraud indicators, and provider stability, acting quickly to minimise risks and financial impact.
- Proven previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner managing: Payment products (Fintechs / Payment Gateways) Fraud Prevention or Identity Verification tools iGaming products and operations (required).
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, especially: PIX ecosystem CPF validation flows Brazilian iGaming regulations (required).
- Advanced or fluent English skills • Essential for negotiations with providers and alignment with global engineering teams (required).
