Risk Analytics Manager
This role focuses on leading complex AML/RG investigations, analysing high-risk player behaviour, and ensuring regulatory compliance through data-driven risk management and EDD processes. The position operates on a 5/2 schedule with a permanent evening shift from 18:00 to 02:00.
- Lead deep-dive investigations into complex AML/RG alerts, high-value player profiles, and sophisticated criminal typologies.
- Conduct data analysis on player behaviour, transactions, alerts, and risk indicators using internal tools and analytics platforms.
- Act as the final point of review for high-risk PEP escalations.
- Conduct "Enhanced Due Diligence" (EDD) to determine the level of influence and risk associated with a "True Hit."
- Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for MLRO
- Applies targeted account restrictions based on the outcome of deep-dive behavioural assessments and Compliance team instructions.
- Investigates complex data patterns to identify systemic fraud, multi-accounting, and syndicate betting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement risk control measures and ensure timely client onboarding and verification.
- Provides strategic insights to the MLRO, perform EDD checks based on the Compliance requirements
- Assist in ensuring that the company complies with relevant risk management standards / regulatory requirements.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key risk indicators and provide insights for decision-making.
- Review and execute the inquiries/tasks assigned.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code.
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle sensitive information securely (required).
- Ability to identify and assess triggers that may lead to material risk exposure (required).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently (required).
- Familiarity with industry regulations, anti-fraud measures and compliance requirements (required).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required (required).
