Senior Budgeting and Cost Control Specialist
SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team as a Senior Budgeting and Cost Control Specialist. This role involves partnering with business units to analyze financial performance and key metrics, providing insights on revenue, costs, and profitability trends. The specialist will develop KPIs and dashboards, support monthly business reviews with data-driven recommendations, and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes. They will prepare scenario analyses and financial projections for decision support, identify risks and opportunities in business operations, and assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI evaluations. The role also includes acting as a financial advisor to operational teams and management, driving cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvements, and integrating financial perspectives into business strategy discussions to ensure alignment between operational goals and financial targets. The specialist will also carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.
- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and key metrics.

- Integrate financial perspectives into business strategy discussions.
- Ensure alignment between operational goals and financial targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (required)
- At least 3 years in financial analysis or business partnering roles (required)
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business partnering principles (required)
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools (required)
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills (required)
- Detail-oriented with business acumen (required)
- Fluency in Armenian and English (required)
