UI Engineer
SoftConstruct is on a search for a UI Engineer to join our team. Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new UI Engineer?
- Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces based on Figma mockups using HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript.
- Use React to develop reusable components and manage UI state in a component-based architecture.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance across various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement user-friendly and feasible UI/UX solutions.
- Enhance interfaces using modern JavaScript features (ES6+) and front-end tools to create interactive, animation-rich user experiences.
- Use Git for version control, including branch management, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts.
- Critically evaluate existing UIs and suggest design or implementation improvements to boost usability, performance, and maintainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field (required)
- 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on React experience (required)
- Solid understanding of HTML, SASS (including JSS), and responsive design principles (required)
- Good knowledge of Frontend Development, React, HTML/CSS/SASS, Responsive Design, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, UI/UX Collaboration, Figma Interpretation (required)
- Familiarity with Figma and interpreting detailed design mockups (required)
- Proficiency in Git for collaborative development and version control workflows (required)
- Ability to assess and improve UI/UX designs based on usability and implementation feasibility (required)
- Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals and modern syntax (ES6+) (required)
- Experience with performance optimization and frontend animation techniques (nice-to-have)
