VIP Team Lead
This is a key leadership role within our VIP department in Brazil, responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on building strong relationships with VIP players and maximizing both player experience and commercial performance. As the VIP Team Lead, you will oversee the development, performance, and operational excellence of the team while contributing to strategic initiatives across the business. You will report directly to the Deputy Head of Retention and collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Responsible Gaming, and Support teams.
- Lead, guide, and support a team of Account Managers, ensuring clear goals, strong motivation, and a high-performance culture.
- Drive professional and personal growth through coaching, mentoring, training, and continuous performance support.
- Monitor team performance through a commercial and KPI-driven approach, setting targets, providing regular feedback, and implementing development plans.
- Ensure daily account management activities are executed efficiently, aligned with company standards, and support the planning and execution of player engagement initiatives and campaigns.
- Optimize team workflows, routines, and operational processes while identifying tools and opportunities to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Track performance reports, player behavior trends, and team insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, CRM, Responsible Gaming, and Support teams to align VIP strategies, initiatives, and continuous improvements.
- Previous experience leading KAM, VIP, or Account Management teams within the iGaming / betting industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on performance and business results
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and performance management
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking
- Deep understanding of VIP customer behavior and relationship management
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Mandatory availability for on-site work in São Paulo – SP
