SOFTSWISS is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Game Aggregator team. You’ll help expand our footprint in EU markets, driving new opportunities and accelerating the growth of our award-winning iGaming content aggregation platform. Your work will enhance market visibility and product adoption by communicating our value, performance, and success stories to prospects and industry partners. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy in certified markets to support sustainable growth and broaden our partner network. You’ll drive market expansion for the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator to increase our client base and revenue in EU jurisdictions. You’ll identify and develop new commercial opportunities to strengthen the product’s positioning and long-term competitiveness across global EU markets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by acquiring high-potential B2B clients and partners for the Game Aggregator across EU markets.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients via outbound channels, pitching our vision both online and at industry events.
  • Identify and develop opportunities such as new EU markets, product bundles, and value-driven feature expansions.
  • Communicate the platform’s strengths, success cases, and performance insights to improve market awareness and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategic approaches for market certification, ensuring strong positioning and competitive advantage.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the iGaming industry (required).
  • Proven expertise in outbound or account-based sales (required).
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) (required).
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, or Greek (required).
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships (required).
  • Solid prioritisation and time-management capabilities (required).
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycles and process management (required).
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic, international teams (required).
