The role covers all CEE markets, with Poland as the primary anchor market. It combines ownership of government affairs activities in Poland with broader regional coordination across CEE markets. This role is expected to operate as an owner of outcomes, covering the full cycle from regulatory intelligence and position development to stakeholder engagement and delivery of tangible results in the market. Responsibilities
  • Lead government affairs activities in Poland as the core market
  • Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies
  • Identify regulatory risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable priorities
  • Drive engagement and advocacy initiatives through to measurable outcomes
  • Drive and support execution of government affairs priorities across CEE markets
  • Ensure alignment between group strategy and market-level execution
  • Contribute to consistency of positioning and advocacy messaging across the region
  • Take ownership of defined markets or topics, covering the full chain from regulatory intelligence to outcome delivery
  • Drive initiatives through to completion, ensuring tangible impact in the market
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Build and prioritise relationships across government, regulatory, and policy stakeholders
  • Engage with industry associations, chambers of commerce, diplomatic stakeholders, and think tanks
  • Maintain structured stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, talking points, and background notes
  • Translate regulatory and political developments into clear business implications
  • Support senior-level engagements with actionable insights
  • Ensure disciplined follow-through on all initiatives
  • Maintain structured documentation and reporting
  • Deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines
  • Identify and act on regulatory risks and opportunities early
  • Support development of engagement strategies and positioning
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, or a regulatory environment
  • A strong network and hands-on experience in Poland
  • Experience across CEE markets (a plus)
  • Proven ability to own and deliver outcomes, not just coordinate processes
  • Strong writing, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in complex, fast-moving environments
