What the Role Entails

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Compliance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our compliance practices with industry standards, ensuring our products and business operations meet global regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with legal and expert cross-functional teams to build and maintain a robust compliance framework while driving continuous improvement in our processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize the company’s compliance standards, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with legal and expert teams to manage compliance reviews for games and products.
  • Monitor and analyze compliance industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory updates to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead business review planning and implementation, acting as a project manager to ensure compliance across all business operations.
  • Foster a culture of learning within the team, enhancing the professional capabilities of team members.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in security assessment, IT audit, or consulting at a leading professional consulting firm or legal firm, in-house experience working in multinational company is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of global compliance regulations, certification requirements, and privacy laws across various regions.
  • Familiarity with internet business processes (e.g., development, product, marketing) and experience in compliance/product workflow design; experience in the internet/gaming industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in global privacy regulations, including privacy principles, operational legal security frameworks, and compliance solutions.
  • Proficient in IT audit, information security management, and IT/technology risk management, with the ability to resolve compliance risks effectively.
  • Knowledge of security control frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, ISO20000, ITIL, COBIT) and experience collaborating with information security teams to implement compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive work ethic, flexible thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Able to use English and Chinese as working language to interact with stakeholders across the global
