Description

This role combines social strategy, community management, and campaign execution. You’ll craft and manage social media campaigns, define and express the brand’s tone of voice, and translate audience engagement into measurable player conversion. You’ll also monitor community sentiment through social channels and live chat analytics, ensuring our communications are relevant, responsive, and perfectly on-brand.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel social media campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.
  • Analyse live chat and social interactions to identify player sentiment, engagement triggers, and content trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive player action and conversions.
  • Maintain and evolve Sway Gaming’s tone of voice across all channels to reflect our bold, engaging social identity.
  • Build and nurture an active and loyal online community across platforms such as X, Instagram, Discord, Reddit and Telegram.
  • Partner with design and content teams to deliver creative, timely, and strategic content assets.
  • Leverage social analytics tools to report on performance, optimise campaigns, and measure ROI.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital and social trends, particularly in the iGaming and entertainment sectors.
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in social media or digital marketing roles, ideally within a marketing agency or iGaming company.
  • Demonstrable success in campaign planning, social content creation, and audience growth.
  • Strong grasp of funnel-based marketing and user journey optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Experience interpreting live chat or customer interaction data to improve engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills — able to adapt tone of voice for brand consistency and player appeal.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative edge; comfortable turning insights into actionable campaigns.
Benefits
  • A key role within a fast-moving iGaming brand backed by an established group.
  • Open, creative environment with the autonomy to experiment and innovate.
  • Competitive salary package and growth opportunities within the Traffic Label Group network.
  • Flexible and collaborative culture that values input from across marketing and product teams.
