We’re now looking for a Commercial Manager for 888 UK & Ireland - a commercially driven leader who lives and breathes data, understands what motivates players, and knows how to turn insight into impact. You’ll take charge of our Casino and Sportsbook portfolio, driving revenue, shaping strategy, and ensuring that every customer interaction delivers exceptional value. - Define and implement in co-ordination with Head of 888 UK&I an customer-centric strategy, Casino & Sports plan that improves our market position, driving both engagement and revenue growth.
- Work with the UK Gaming team & CLCM to drive out player centric automations, offers and contact strategies for 888 Casino.
- Lead strategic collaboration across UK Gaming & CLCM to foster synergies, ensuring alignment and efficiency within CLCM and the wider group strategy.
- Support UK Gaming Director & Head of 888 UK&I to ensure UK Gaming budgets are deployed optimally, balancing growth with efficiency.
- Work with Business Analytics to lead a data-driven approach to decision-making, being responsible for the identification of key performance trends, risks, and opportunities to drive UK Gaming success.
- Work with Analytics, BI and Data Ops teams to ensure Plans and initiatives are aligned to UK Gaming business requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and meet critical milestones.
- Have excellent Casino experience, familiarity with suppliers, top gaming titles and promotional mechanics. (required)
- Familiar with UK sports, understanding of sports betting in the UK and what makes a good sport proposition. (required)
- Data-driven mindset — highly analytical, able to use data to make informed decisions, with considerable commercial acumen. (required)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence at all levels. (required)
- Have experience of managing budgets and performance, including financial and customer metrics, determining key KPI's and making informed decisions on how to optimise ROI. (required)
