Service Delivery Reporting Specialist

Description

The Service Delivery Reporting Specialist shall be part of the Manila Finance Shared Service Center Service Enablement Team whose purpose is to strengthen delivery, quality, control and transformation across all Service Delivery Towers. The focus of this colleague is to deliver a high performing SSC operations by driving service excellence, enabling people capability and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Operational performance management (KPIs, SLAs, escalations)
  • Business reviews and service reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement and feedback channels
  • Continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Standardisation and process optimisation initiatives
  • Workforce planning and capacity modelling
  • Skills and capability tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (required).
  • Understanding of finance and accounting terminologies is an advantage (nice-to-have).
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or IT programming roles (required).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Business Process Operations environments (required).
  • Experience in Finance Shared Service Center is an advantage (nice-to-have).
  • Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions) (required).
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, Looker, Qlik) (required).
  • Experience in using financial management systems (e.g Oracle, SAP, JDE) is an advantage (nice-to-have).
  • Strong understanding of business process outsourcing metrics and operational workflows (required).
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) (required).
  • Programming knowledge is an advantage (nice-to-have).
