This role involves defining the security strategy, setting policy, and owning the organisation's ability to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber attacks. The Head of Cyber Security will run the SOC, command major incidents, and work closely with engineering teams to set security standards. The position requires significant experience in defensive security operations and a strong understanding of modern detection and response tooling.
