Description
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with experience in the iGaming niche and a desire to develop in this direction. There is a prospect of full management within a dedicated region/projects, staff recruitment, delegation of duties, and advancement to a leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Full immersion in company projects under the guidance of a lead
- Studying the specifics of GEO, vertical, traffic, deal support, communication with affiliate program managers, creation and discussion of mutually beneficial terms with partners
- Studying the basic functions of the traffic acceptor's affiliate product (forms, personal account, sections, application, bonus policy, etc.)
- Working with referral links, traffic, controlling reconciliations and payouts, conducting tests and evaluating performance
- Communication with the internal team, providing information, collecting data, reporting upon request
- Analysis of traffic indicators and results in the affiliate program (conversion, profitability, players, anomaly detection)
- Conducting joint tests with partners, forming conclusions, making decisions based on the results obtained and subsequent implementation of these results into work
- Basic integration of controlled accounts using the company's internal S2S/API solutions
Requirements
- Experience working with traffic, affiliate programs, direct advertisers
- Knowledge of deal types and their mechanics in affiliate marketing, the process of controlling reconciliations, players, and revenue
- Understanding of the principles of building and working with Flat/Fixed Fee models and the ability to apply them in practice
- Knowledge and understanding of traffic source principles (SEO, PPC, FB, Push, Email)
- Knowledge and understanding of affiliate program integration principles, ability to independently conduct Postback integrations
- Skills in working with Google Docs/Sheets, Notion, Trello, MS Excel
- Experience with anti-detect browsers, VPN
- Experience with popular affiliate programs implemented on the following platforms (Income Access, Quints, NetRefer, ReferOn, Affilka, 1x, Tap, Map, Affise, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Scaleo, etc.)
- Ability to independently solve assigned tasks, defend project interests, react quickly to changes, gather necessary information
- English language proficiency: A2 and above
- Initiative and responsibility for decisions made
- Emotional stability and self-control
- Willingness to complete an unpaid test assignment if necessary
- Experience with TDS: Keitaro, Ads Bridge, Prizma, Voluum, or equivalents (will be a plus)
- Experience with SEO/PPC traffic, knowledge of their specifics (will be a plus)
- Knowledge of functionality and basic experience with CMS WordPress (will be a plus)
