Content Operations Lead - Crypto (Remote)
This is not a traditional content manager role. As Content Operations Lead, you’ll own content systems end-to-end for our iGaming crypto website, from idea → execution → measurement → iteration. You’ll build scalable workflows that blend human judgment, automation, and AI to ship high-quality crypto casino and game content. You won’t write every piece yourself, but you’ll be accountable for how content is planned, researched, produced, structured, quality-checked, and improved. You’ll work closely with Product, using performance data and experimentation to continuously improve content, while keeping it well-researched, clear for non-technical users, and free of SEO over-optimization.
- Own the content production system in English.
- Write, proofread, edit, and QA content so it feels human, credible, and accurate.
- Perform deep research to ensure content is original, verifiable, and aligned with real product/game details.
- Translate crypto concepts into simple language for non-technical users.
- Monitor content performance metrics and work with reports set up by Product.
- Run content experiments: test → document → learn → scale (headlines, structures, modules, page patterns, etc.).
- Propose experiment ideas and improvements that the product team can implement.
- Maintain clear standards for structure, readability, and on-page SEO basics.
- Strong technical writing background (e.g. technical copywriter, product writer, or similar), with experience building automated content systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and a solid sense for their limitations.
- Experience building AI-assisted content systems using automation tools (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar), connecting research, drafting, QA, and publishing workflows.
- Proven ability to proofread and substantially improve AI-generated text (accuracy, style, structure, uniqueness).
- Excellent research skills: you know how to validate claims, cross-check sources, and avoid misinformation.
- Strong crypto industry knowledge (casino knowledge can be learned internally).
- Comfort working with performance metrics and using data to guide content decisions.
- A testing mindset: you’ve run experiments, documented results, and applied learnings.
