Content Management Specialist, Gaming

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Management Specialist – Gaming to create, manage and optimise promotional content across BetMGM and Borgata casino and poker platforms. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and a seamless user experience.

• Build, test and publish content across BetMGM, Borgata, Wheel of Fortune and/or PartyCasino casino and poker sites on desktop and mobile app.
• Own and monitor sites for accuracy, functionality and overall user experience.
• Manage multiple promotional campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance standards across supported markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content and Ops teams as well as project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient content delivery.
• Support the rollout of new features, tools and site capabilities as they are launched.
• Become a subject matter expert on emerging CMS/Sitecore features, engagement tools and platform enhancements.
• Contribute to team initiatives and process improvements while effectively managing individual queue via Workfront.
• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.

• 1-3 years working with a content management system (Sitecore strongly preferred) (required)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (required)
• Casino and/or poker industry experience (preferred)
• Understanding of online gaming platforms a plus (nice-to-have)
• Workfront experience a plus (nice-to-have)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership (required)
• Ability to multitask, follow structured workflows and adapt to shifting priorities (required)

• The hourly pay range for this position is $26.15 to $32.70.
• This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
