Lead - Talent Intelligence

Description

This role is developed for a P&C professional who can blend analytics and technology to deliver actionable insights and drive digital transformation. The individual will act as a link between P&C operations and technology, ensuring data-driven decisions and automation initiatives that enhance employee experience and interpersonal efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time workforce metrics (attrition, headcount, diversity, engagement, hiring trends).
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Perform trend analysis on employee lifecycle data to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse external labor market data to benchmark skills, and talent availability.
  • Support succession planning and skills gap analysis using internal and external data sources.
  • Provide insights for strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Project Manage P&C process automation projects using RPA software, ServiceNow workflows, or similar platforms.
  • Implement automated chatbots for P&C query resolution and employee self-service, reducing manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to have HCM systems work with collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and COEs to translate business needs into data-drivers
  • Inspire change management initiatives for adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
  • Explore emerging technologies (AI, ML, RPA) for HR process optimization.
  • Recommend standard methodologies for HR digitization and employee experience enhancement.
  • Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions for HR transformation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience (required)
  • Prior experience in HR data analytics, Transformation and Digitization projects (required)
  • Exposure to AI, Agentic AI (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, changing work environment (required)
  • Ability to align with handling sensitive and confidential employee data (required)
  • Works under general direction; must be able to work independently (required)
