Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

By joining our team of European customer service representatives in Malta, you'll have the opportunity to assist our strong, global customer base of 100 million by offering epic customer service. As the world's preferred online gaming company, you will play an important role in working with our customer experience. You will assist with a wide range of inquiries related to gaming, payments, and account queries: you will provide help and solutions via Live Chat, email, and phone. With a focus on providing excellent service when handling multiple inquiries, this full-time position requires an adaptable and motivated individual. Your schedule will be tailored to fit the dynamic sports calendar and will cover five days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Provide a positive customer experience and first-time resolution when assisting customers with inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal departments in English to resolve our customers' inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via Live Chat, email, and phone.
- Utilise internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer inquiry.
- Investigate issues thoroughly and escalate inquiries where necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
- Promote responsible gaming.
- Fluent spoken and written Danish language skills for a fast-paced work environment. (required)
