Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid)
Not your average customer service role! Joining our team of European Customer Advisors in Malta, you'll have the opportunity to support our 100 million customers worldwide by providing legendary customer service. As part of the world's favourite online betting brand, you'll play a key role in shaping our customer experience. You'll interact with a variety of customers with queries about betting, payments, and accounts: providing support and solutions via Live Chat, email, and phone. The emphasis is on delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst handling multiple queries simultaneously, therefore this full-time role requires an extremely flexible and motivated individual. Your roster will be adapted to the dynamic sports calendar, with you being deployed five days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Delivering a positive customer experience and providing a first-time fix when assisting customers with queries and complaints.
- Liaising with internal departments in English to resolve our customers' queries to their satisfaction.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner via Live Chat, email, and phone.
- Utilising internal tools to assist with and take ownership of the customer query.
- Thoroughly investigating issues and escalating them where necessary.
- Maintaining knowledge of policies, processes, and licensing requirements.
- Promoting safer gambling.
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, for a fast-paced working environment. (required)
- Communicative in English, both written and spoken, to handle a variety of queries. (required)
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations and efficiently resolving issues. (required)
- Able to multitask at a high level and handle multiple interactions simultaneously. (required)
- Proven resilience and ability to perform under pressure. (required)

- Good computer skills, including experience with CRM platforms. (required)
- Experience in a dynamic customer service environment is a plus. (preferred)
