Backoffice Agent (Swedish Speaker)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Backoffice Agent (Swedish Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the results of BPO vendors with the key part of the role focusing on Responsible Gaming support to ensure the best customer experience and maintain a stable operational plan. This role involves supporting external functions, tracking current issues and solving problems by analyzing performance results.
- Provide second-level support to customer service agents.
- Provide specialized support by solving problems that the frontline team is unable to resolve.
- Monitor internal systems for new Responsible Gaming alerts and flagged accounts.
- Handle Possible Suicide Attempt (PSA).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer support;
- Offer support across countries in English, when necessary.
- Identify and highlight opportunities for process improvement;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- No prior experience required; previous experience in a customer support or administrative role will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in data entry and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish.
