Description

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Head of Learning & Development (L&D)? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and goals, ensuring a strong focus on employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify learning needs across the organization, utilizing data and feedback to inform program design and delivery.
  • Create, implement, and oversee innovative training programs and development initiatives, including leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training, using a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person, online, blended).
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new learning platforms and online tools to enhance training accessibility and engagement, ensuring that programs are up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Develop and manage an annual assessment process to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, using metrics and analytics to measure impact on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with business objectives, fostering a culture of learning across the organization.
  • Work closely with the HR team to integrate learning opportunities into broader talent management and succession planning strategies, ensuring a pipeline of skilled employees ready for advancement.
  • Advocate for and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within all learning programs, ensuring accessibility for all employees and a commitment to an inclusive workplace.
  • Manage the L&D budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the impact of training initiatives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of trainings and learning activities
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related strategic HR role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of English and Armenian is a must.
