Senior Employer Branding and Communication Specialist
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Senior Employer Branding and Communication Specialist to define, articulate, and amplify our unique employee value proposition (EVP) globally, with a strong focus on attracting top talent in the competitive iGaming and Tech sectors. You will be instrumental in developing authentic narratives across all external and internal channels, translating our culture into compelling content that drives candidate engagement and significantly boosts our recruitment pipeline quality. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on content creation.
- Partner with HR and Marketing leadership to define, document, and localize our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it accurately reflects our culture, benefits, and growth opportunities
- Develop and manage a strategic employer brand content calendar and roadmap across all channels (social media, career site, employer review platforms, internal communication)
- Design and execute targeted employer branding campaigns for critical, hard-to-fill roles (e.g., Senior Engineers, Product Managers) and new market entries
- Own and manage the content, messaging, and visual identity of our Career Page, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review platforms
- Create compelling, authentic multimedia content, including employee spotlights, day-in-the-life videos, team success stories, and leadership features
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure all employer brand collateral (presentations, banners, swag) is high-quality, on-brand, and reflects our workplace culture
- Develop initiatives to turn current employees into active brand ambassadors, leveraging internal voices for external content
- Track and analyze key employer brand metrics, including candidate sentiment, Glassdoor ratings, social engagement rates, career site traffic, and sourcing channel quality
- Use data and candidate/employee feedback to continuously refine the EVP and content strategy, ensuring maximum ROI on branding efforts
- Ensure all external communication and content strictly adheres to iGaming advertising regulations and local labor compliance standards
- Minimum 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Employer Branding, Content Marketing, or Communications within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or regulated industry
- Proven experience in developing and implementing an EVP and content strategy from concept through execution
- Exceptional skills in copywriting, storytelling, and digital content creation across various formats (video, short-form posts, articles)
- Highly proficient in managing and optimizing employer review platforms (Glassdoor, DOU) and professional social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical ability to translate engagement data and candidate feedback into actionable brand improvements
- C1 level of English Proficiency
- Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry, providing familiarity with compliance challenges beyond standard commercial roles (Nice to Have)
