Customer Support Representative | Solvy
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the Solvy business, which is developing a full-cycle online platform for working with legal, financial, and personal documents.
- Respond to incoming customer chats and emails promptly and professionally.
- Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions via emails and chats, and manage case follow-ups.
- Handle payment-related issues, including validating refunds, resolving payment issues, and verifying user accounts.
- Manage users' subscriptions and provide up-to-date information about their status.
- Manage tasks within the internal system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
- Has a strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) to communicate effectively with our clients across chats and emails.
- Is a natural problem solver, ready to listen, understand, and resolve client issues with a positive attitude.
- Is empathetic and personable, making clients feel valued and heard.
- Is proactive and goal-oriented, always aiming to achieve more and lead by example.

- Working hours: 15.00-23.00/16.00-00.00
