Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in coordinating operational processes across multiple projects and teams. This role is focused on maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring process transparency, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the scaling of operational functions. You will work closely with portfolio projects and shared services teams to keep initiatives moving forward and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Coordinate operational and cross-functional processes between portfolio projects and infrastructure teams.
- Track statuses, blockers, deadlines, owners, and next steps across multiple parallel workflows.
- Support the delivery and execution of operational initiatives to ensure uninterrupted processes.
- Maintain operational visibility and structured reporting across projects.
- Follow up with stakeholders from Legal, Finance, Treasury, HR, Infrastructure, and other operational teams.
- Maintain and improve process documentation, dashboards, trackers, and knowledge bases.
- Support process redesign initiatives and drive operational improvements.
- Participate in building and scaling the operational function of the fund.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between projects, investment managers, and shared services teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively drive resolutions.
