Operations Specialist
We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will bring structure to operational processes, ensure transparency across teams, and reduce operational load on team leads. If you are strong in processes, goal tracking, and cross-functional coordination — this role is for you.
- Organizing and supporting operational processes across four projects (PPC, UAC, FB, SEO).
- Decomposing goals into plans, tasks, and control checkpoints.
- Setting up and updating monthly goals for teams and sub-teams.
- Managing and monitoring performance calculators, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Regular tracking of goal execution, progress monitoring, and results documentation.
- Organizing, preparing, and facilitating Tier meetings and operational syncs.
- Unifying formats for meetings, tables, and reporting.
- Documenting decisions, action points, and controlling their execution.
- Supporting systematic work in Worksection as the main task management tool.
- Monitoring correct task management by teams and conducting regular deadline follow-ups.
- Setting up interaction processes between sub-teams together with the Project Head (PPC & UAC buyers, dev team, biz dev, affiliate, tech support).
- Reducing operational workload for team leads, including backlog preparation, Tier calculations, and data collection for reporting.
- Ensuring transparency, timeliness, and manageability of teams’ operational work.
- Experience as an Operations or Project Manager in a digital environment (agency, web studio, product, or delivery team).
- Ability to decompose goals into tasks and measurable metrics.
- Hands-on experience in documenting, implementing, and optimizing processes.
- Understanding of project management frameworks and the ability to adapt them to business needs.
- Experience in systematic tracking of team goals and progress: documenting agreements, results, and controlling execution.
- Ability to structure, unify, and effectively implement working formats (meetings, tables, reporting).
- Practical experience with task management tools (Worksection / Jira / ClickUp / Asana or similar).
- Professional-level proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (structure, logic, clarity, readability).
- Ability to quickly understand existing systems with a high level of “chaos” and bring order to them.
- Experience in preparing and facilitating operational meetings (Tier, sync, status).
- Experience working with multiple sub-teams within one project and setting up cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (documents, notes, guidelines).
