Talent Sourcer
We are currently looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to strengthen our team. This is a remote, full-time position within the recruiting department.
- Closing active vacancies within the team.
- Actively sourcing candidates across various platforms, including Telegram, social media, professional communities and forums, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Analyzing the talent market to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
- Maintaining candidate data in internal systems (Jira, ATS).
- Conducting initial communication with candidates and running pre-screen calls.
- Posting job openings on job boards, Telegram channels, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously expanding the talent pipeline and building a strong candidate network based on future hiring needs.
- Optimizing sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency.
- Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcer in IT and/or digital domains.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- 28 business days paid off.
