Employee Experience Manager
The Employee Experience Manager will provide steady expertise, structure, and consistently high-quality execution across all Employee Experience activities for the growing office in Spain. Operating in a fast-changing environment with limited local resources, the role involves coordinating and delivering thoughtfully curated internal experiences, ranging from events and celebrations to wellness, cultural, and seasonal initiatives. The position requires a mature and independent professional capable of managing local vendors, event agencies, and suppliers with a polished approach and sound judgment.
- Lead high-quality coordination of Employee Experience activities.
- Deliver internal events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs with maturity and independent judgment.
- Work closely with local vendors, agencies, DMCs, venues, and suppliers.
- Ensure curated, thoughtful, and polished execution of all EE activities.
- Prepare logistics, scenarios, materials, timelines, scripts, and detailed checklists.
- Support HR Leads with expert guidance on EE processes and execution standards.
- Maintain structured EE documentation, including guidelines, templates, calendars, and quality standards.
- Provide light support to the Employee Benefits team when requested (logistics coordination, materials preparation, content gathering).
- Proven experience in Employee Experience, HR, Internal Communications, Events, or a related field (required).
- Strong background in coordinating internal events and initiatives (required).
- Confident, professional experience working with vendors, agencies, and external partners (required).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail (required).
- Calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach in fast-changing environments (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (required).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR, EE, and EB stakeholders (required).
