Description

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in Valencia, Spain. In this strategic role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C-level and senior corporate positions globally. You will act as a trusted talent partner to our executive leadership team, helping drive the next phase of BrainRocket’s international growth. This role is 100% onsite in Valencia, Spain, and a comprehensive relocation package is provided for candidates ready to move.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advanced, tailored sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier executive talent.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to define executive roles, align on expectations, and provide market-driven hiring insights.
  • Build and maintain a high-caliber professional network utilising direct search methodologies, strategic industry partnerships, and social media.
  • Conduct rigorous, in-depth interviews to critically evaluate executive-level skills, leadership experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Manage the complete offer lifecycle, from complex term negotiations to ensuring a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting BrainRocket’s culture, vision, and values to elite industry networks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in high-level executive recruitment (either Agency or In-house) (required).
  • Proven success in successfully closing senior and executive-level positions across multiple business functions (required).
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated capacity to manage 5+ open C-level roles simultaneously (required).
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (required).
  • Native-level English fluency (required).
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish or French (nice-to-have).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
