Artificial Intelligence Engineer
We are looking to incorporate an AI Engineer into Codere's AI CoE, which is responsible for driving the adoption of AI across all areas of the company. As part of a highly innovative area with visible impact, where what is built is used in production in a multinational company present in several countries, in your role as Senior AI Engineer, you will be a key player in the platform's intelligence layer and will progressively participate in new CoE initiatives.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines on real data
- Integrate enterprise LLMs (Claude, GPT-4) optimising cost, context, and quality
- Develop conversational interfaces (NL2SQL)
- Continuously evaluate and improve system accuracy
- Participate in architectural decisions and platform evolution
- Advanced Python in a production environment (4+ years) (required)
- Deployed, maintained, and operated code (required)
- LLM-based systems in production (2+ years): RAG, agents, tool calling, prompt engineering (required)
- Agent orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or in-house development) (required)
- Structured outputs, embeddings, vector databases, LLM API integration (required)
- Azure (Functions, Service Bus, PostgreSQL) (required)
- Azure AI Services valued (preferred)
- Ability to design systems where deterministic and non-deterministic components coexist (required)
- LLM evaluation (RAGAS, DeepEval, or custom evals) (nice-to-have)
- Real enterprise experience, not just demos (nice-to-have)
- Event-driven architectures: queues, asynchronous processing (nice-to-have)
- Experience with complex enterprise integrations (ITSM, CMDB, ERPs, corporate APIs) (nice-to-have)
- Integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot: extensions, plugins, connectors for Teams, Outlook, or SharePoint (nice-to-have)
- Experience designing tools, protocols, or integrations for interoperability between agents and AI systems (nice-to-have)
- CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), containers, observability (nice-to-have)
