CRM Executive

Description

You’ll join a global CRM team focused on the simulated gaming space, helping shape how players engage with casino-style games in a regulated, entertainment-only environment (without real-money wagering). In this role, you’ll own CRM campaigns end-to-end, build and optimize lifecycle journeys, and work closely with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to create engaging player experiences across multiple international platforms. Your work directly drives player engagement, retention, and long-term value. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where curiosity about player behavior, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across all channels and partners.
  • Design, build, and optimize lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows.
  • Manage player segmentation and targeting based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and engagement patterns.
  • Support end-to-end monetization activities, including setup and QA of promotions, bonuses, pricing structures, and in-game configurations.
  • Continuously analyze CRM performance and player behaviour to identify optimization opportunities and drive improvements in engagement and conversion.
  • Support A/B testing across messaging, timing, and offer structures to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within the online casino industry. Experience in simulated gaming (SIM) CRM is considered a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) and working with CRM tools and internal systems.
  • Strong understanding of player behaviour, retention mechanics, and monetization strategies.
  • Confident working with segmentation, player data, and targeting strategies to drive engagement and value.
  • Experience managing 1:1 communication with high-value players and building strong relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions around bonuses, incentives, and promotional structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities in player behaviour and performance data.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with fluent English.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a continuous improvement approach and strong accountability for results.
  • Flexibility to support time-sensitive player or campaign needs when required.
