Digital Marketing Specialist

Description

In this role, you’ll be part of the Performance Marketing team, driving user growth and customer acquisition across all Coolbet markets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you take full ownership of digital campaigns that directly shape how we reach, attract, and convert new users at scale. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize programmatic and display campaigns across automated platforms, making sure every campaign is set up for success, fully measurable, and aligned with market goals from day one. Once campaigns go live, you own performance end-to-end - monitoring results in real time, optimizing targeting and bidding, and turning data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and results across the team. If you enjoy taking ownership, working with data, and seeing the direct impact of your optimizations on performance, this role will feel like home.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage programmatic marketing campaigns across various DSPs, both independently and in collaboration with external partners.
  • Deliver online ads, scripts, and tracking links across different platforms and publishers in line with local market marketing plans.
  • Build and activate audience targeting strategies using first-party, third-party, contextual, and geographic data to effectively reach relevant audiences.
  • Monitor daily campaign pacing, KPIs, and performance, continuously optimizing bidding strategies, audience targeting, reach, and frequency.
  • Drive performance against key company KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and LTV targets.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve overall performance.
  • Prepare clear and actionable campaign and performance reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with agencies, clients, and internal teams to align programmatic activity with broader marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of ad tags, trackers, and creatives, while proactively troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in programmatic buying, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, ideally Adform, or Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, or Criteo.
  • Solid understanding of ad tech ecosystem and concepts, including real-time bidding, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
  • Confidence working with large datasets, performance metrics, and campaign reporting, with advanced Excel skills and experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • An analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and professional English proficiency; additional European languages are considered a plus.
Benefits
  • Enjoy 28 days of vacation with the option to use your balance on business days only, effectively giving you up to 10 extra days off.
  • Combined with flexible working hours, you can make the most of your time off.
  • Elevate your well-being with monthly sports/health compensation, full sick leave coverage for the first 8 days, our in-house gym, and a chill games room to unwind.
  • Unlock a generous Supplemental Training Program that includes training and company-wide knowledge-sharing opportunities to fuel your growth.
  • Our office is a cozy (and dog-friendly) haven right in the heart of the city.
  • Enjoy complimentary fruits and beverages and free parking.
  • Be part of the most legendary events and make amazing connections with colleagues from across the entire company.
  • We foster innovation and independence while celebrating success in a multicultural and diverse company, where you'll work alongside people from around the globe.
  • Residence permit sponsorship available if needed.
