Product Manager

Description

We are looking for an IT Product Manager to own and drive the development of our internal Marketing Platform. This role sits firmly at the intersection of technology, product delivery, and marketing operations, focused on building, improving, and scaling internal marketing systems. You will work closely with a dedicated IT development team, as well as Marketing Operations, engineers, Product Managers, and Project Managers. Your mission is to translate marketing business needs into clear product requirements, guide development execution, and ensure high-quality delivery across the marketing technology landscape. You will take ownership of day-to-day product execution: shaping and refining the backlog, defining requirements, supporting engineers during development, and validating new features. You’ll play a key role in evolving our in-house platforms, including CRM, CMS, bonusing, segmentation, and gamification tools, while owning technical initiatives on the product roadmap. Acting as the main point of contact for marketing-related IT delivery, you will ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions, communicate progress and risks clearly, and proactively identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and efficiency across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT or digital product management, who thrives in agile environments, collaborates closely with engineers, and takes ownership of delivering technology solutions that support marketing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Own a defined Marketing IT product area (CRM, CMS, bonusing, segmentation, gamification) and work closely with one development team to deliver impactful marketing capabilities.
  • Translate marketing and business needs into clear product requirements and well-prioritised backlogs aligned with the roadmap.
  • Lead key agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros) to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to scope, size, and launch new features.
  • Act as the main point of contact for marketing-related development, clearly communicating progress, timelines, and trade-offs.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and maintain high quality across releases by balancing new features, bug fixes, and tech debt.
  • Use customer insights, product metrics, and market trends to identify optimisation and growth opportunities within the marketing platform.
  • Proactively identify risks and blockers in delivery, making thoughtful decisions and escalating when needed.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing effectively and adapting to changing marketing and business needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT/software development-related environments.
  • Background in the iGaming industry or Marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, plans, and decisions to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making skills, with confidence to assess impact, make trade-offs, and set priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a natural ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A proactive, curious, and ownership-driven attitude toward your work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility and resilience when handling periods of increased workload or shifting business needs
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
Benefits
  • Enjoy 28 days of vacation with the option to use your balance on business days only, effectively giving you up to 8 extra days off. Combined with flexible working hours, you can make the most of your time off.
  • Elevate your well-being with monthly sports/health compensation, full sick leave coverage for the first 8 days, our in-house gym, and a chill games room to unwind.
  • Unlock a generous Supplemental Training Program that includes training and company-wide knowledge-sharing opportunities to fuel your growth.
  • Our office is a cozy (and dog-friendly) haven right in the heart of the city. Enjoy complimentary fruits and beverages and free parking. It's the perfect place to be productive and feel right at home.
  • Be part of the most legendary events and make amazing connections with colleagues from across the entire company.
  • We foster innovation and independence while celebrating success in a multicultural and diverse company, where you'll work alongside people from around the globe.
  • ..plus, if you're not already a pro, we'll teach you how to play poker!
