As our Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key part in delivering and overseeing the effective monitoring of and reporting on all processing, as well as data mappings and basic finance functions such as invoicing and wire instructions. This role requires an individual who is flexible, focused and who has excellent administration skills. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Exercise discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Building and developing your team to grow them and their skill sets
  • Driving a culture of accountability, honest conversations and teamwork
  • Driving processes and development within the analyst team to ensure effective monitoring and reporting
  • Guiding and assisting where and when required to resolve issues quickly, escalating up the reporting chain when required
  • Keeping the Head of Payments Performance and Analytics and relevant teams informed of all issues and reporting changes
  • Maintain the analyst responsibilities list and KPIs, updating and optimizing it as and when business needs change. Responsibilities include monitoring, volume routing and BIN optimization, data field mappings, chargeback monitoring and communications, among others.
  • With the help from the analyst team lead, ensure all monitoring KPIs are met
  • Ensuring optimal communications to internal and external parties so that all parties are aware of any processing changes
  • Assisting internal and external parties that require reporting and data insights as and when required
  • Assisting and overseeing the functions the finance coordinator, which include invoicing, select wire instructions and basic reconciliation.
  • Assisting and overseeing the technical team to drive and resolve all development tickets, as well as any other projects and tasks that are required, such as providing auditing information or completing documentation.
  • Ensuring all necessary reporting changes to cubes and reports are briefed, logged and delivered according to determined deadlines and requirements
Requirements
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required)
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals (required)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work (required)
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments (required)
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Advanced experience in Excel (required)
  • At least 3 years’ leadership experience (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
  • Proficiency in SQL (preferred)
  • Proficiency in data management and understanding the source of data to enable the team to build reports and dashboards (preferred)
