This role is responsible for establishing global payroll governance, managing statutory and tax compliance, strengthening financial and audit controls, and leading regional payroll teams. By providing strategic oversight, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder leadership, the Global Payroll Manager ensures payroll is not only a transactional function, but a trusted, well‑governed global service that supports our people, our growth, and our risk obligations.

  • Own the global payroll systems landscape, partnering with HRIS, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure effective integration, data accuracy, and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, standardise, and automate payroll processes, reducing manual intervention and operational risk.
