Junior Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer
As a Junior Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer, you will support the delivery of providing the business with ERP and Cube Reporting solutions. - Support the design, build, and testing of multidimensional cubes, rules, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining existing TM1 models and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Help develop and maintain user interfaces for data capture and Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) reports.
- Provide post-deployment support and assist in creating technical and user documentation.
- Learn to integrate new data sources into existing processes.
- Assist with user and permission management.
- Monitor server performance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support end users with IBM Planning Analytics tools (TM1, Planning Analytics for Excel.(PAX), PAW).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively (required).
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals (required).
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs (required).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations (required).
- 1–2 years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar BI tools (required).
- Relevant Qualification in Information Systems, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or currently studying) (required).
- Basic understanding of cube technology and dimensional modelling (required).
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, graphs, data import) (required).
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills (required).
- Conceptualizing new solutions based on requirements (required).
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred).
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred).
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred).
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred).
- Exposure to financial accounting principles (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python (preferred).
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (preferred).
