Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Description
We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, experience with Microsoft Power Platform, and the ability to create solutions that improve business processes and decision-making, for us to stay ahead of the game.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
- Custom Connector development and building needed – API and webservices
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
- Provide technical support and training to users
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform
- Management of the implementation of technical solutions
- Transfer of business and technical knowledge to the greater team
- Technical guidance and mentoring of junior engineers
- Focus on the integrity of the systems regarding quality, stability, and scalability
- Contribute and provide expertise in the design, development, and implementation of the platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Assist in implementation of best practices, coding standards and relevant methodologies
- Assist in building and expanding on positive client relationships, while developing an understanding of our client needs and requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and workflows for transparency and future reference
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively (required)

- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope (required)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required)
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role (required)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (required)
- Experience in ERP and Integration thereof (required)
- Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs (required)
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (required)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (required)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Senior Software Engineer/Developer role (required)
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (preferred)
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
- Previous experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
- Experience leading technical discussions and code reviews (preferred)
- Experience as part of an Agile software engineering team (preferred)
