Promotions Manager
As a Promotions Manager, you will be working closely with the Retention Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for the creation, segmentation and execution of campaigns across a number of our key regulated markets. The role will also ensure that key supporting teams are supported with promotional campaigns and offering tailored to suit their requirements. All campaigns executed within the Promotions Team will be executed effectively through ensuring that the campaigns are commercially appropriate, have regional relevance, and are innovative and creative.
- Responsible for the management of interventions in key markets providing feedback, coaching, training and development to the team in order to optimise performance of all team members and support departments.
- Responsible for the execution of global and regional campaigns for key supporting teams ensuring that the campaigns are tailored to suit their strategic objectives.
- Ensure that ad hoc and last-minute campaigns are executed flawlessly through the Quickfire teams.
- Continually seek out opportunities and implement tactics to maximise revenue and minimise churn within portfolio.
- Monitor changes ensuring a solid and commercial understanding of return on investment on all promotions and campaigns.
- Ensuring reporting templates are created and monitored that help provide clear evaluation of all promotions and campaigns and display their impact on the business.
- Ensure that User Experience is factored into account on all promotions and campaigns.
- Carry out competitor research and analysis to ensure that our promotions and campaigns are relevant and competitive.
- Keep abreast on the organisation's developing products and/or services.
- Work closely with all key stakeholders across the organisation to help maximise output and effectiveness.
- Understand brand and product proposition through all communication channels.
- Ensure the most effective use of resources and monitor productivity levels of all teams within the department.
- Advanced Diploma (NQF 7 or equivalent) with a focus on business management, marketing or advertising. (required)
- Minimum of 4 years leadership experience (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively (required)
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals (required)
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs (required)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations (required)
- Proven track record running global promotional/ product launches. (required)
- In-depth knowledge of casino markets, including promotional tools, understanding of AB testing methodology & understanding of player behaviour. (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, used for organic promotional reach, audience creation and engagement. (preferred)
